Our client, a leading food manufacturing and logistics organization, is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join their team. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain/Inventory Control team supporting warehouse operations, logistics, and third-party distribution partners. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Buffalo, NY (Must live in Buffalo, NY)Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
Pay Range: $22–$29/hour
Contract Length: 3 months
What’s the Job?
- Reconcile finished goods inventory between RPC and 3PL warehouses
- Post shipments, receipts, and adjustments in SAP
- Investigate and resolve EDI errors and transaction gaps
- Conduct inventory audits and ensure accurate documentation
- Support month-end reconciliation and inventory reporting
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 1+ year experience in business, customer service, or supply chain
- SAP experience required (logistics/warehousing preferred)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
