We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician with 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential and light commercial electrical work. This role involves installations, maintenance, and repairs, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and quality workmanship. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with the NEC and local codes
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions; determine required repairs and materials
Evaluate customer requests, prepare work orders, and provide clear pricing for projects
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Collaborate with dispatch, team members, and other trades to complete projects efficiently
Operate with safety as a top priority for both yourself and the customer
Accurately document jobs, estimates, and invoices using tablet-based field software
Use ServiceTitan for job documentation, estimates, invoicing, and customer communication (required)
Low-voltage wiring (Cat5/Cat6, doorbells, cameras, basic security systems)
Smart home and smart electrical device installation (switches, outlets, lighting controls, thermostats)
Basic structured wiring and device setup
Journeyman-level electrician license (valid in Clark County / Las Vegas)
3+ years of residential and/or light commercial electrical service experience
Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and electrical safety standards
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
