Woolpert is hiring a Project Architect to join our dynamic Architecture team. This position reports to the Architectural Team Leader and is responsible for working on multiple public/private projects, preparing drawings for permitting and bidding.
Participate in the conceptual design of projects and provide full support through the entire project life cycle.
Develop and represent lead technical viewpoint on projects
Coordinate with project lead on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies
Create and modify architectural project designs and drawings; design review and project scheduling
Prepare graphics, presentations, contract drawings, and regulatory submissions
Organize and maintain project record information and drawings
Coordinate with clients, project consultants, and engineers
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the design of architectural projects
Bachelor’s degree in architecture; Proficient in Revit with advanced-level competency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to apply architectural principles to buildings/structures and their components or assemblies.
Ability to handle designing and drafting assignments including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections required
