In this role, you will apply advanced painting and coating techniques including airless and conventional spray, HVLP, brushing, rolling, and specialty finishes to prepare and coat mission critical components to exacting standards. As a Lead Painter SME, you will spend most of your time preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and performing finishing work on complex metal and composite structures. Essential Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of related painting experience
- US Person
Preferred Qualifications
- Complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty preferred
- Skilled in use of plural pump and conventional pot work knowledge
- Prior Experience with Mil- Spec Painting
