Accountabilities: Partner with account executives to support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across government and public sector organizations. Design and demonstrate Slack-based solutions that improve operational efficiency, citizen services, and cross-agency collaboration. Act as a technical evangelist for a Slack-first strategy, positioning Slack as the primary engagement layer across Salesforce and third-party systems. Architect and present AI-driven workflows using Slack, Slackbot, and Agentforce to automate and optimize government processes. Build strong relationships with public sector technical and executive stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes. Enable internal sales and solution engineering teams on Slack capabilities and best practices for public sector engagement. Support solution design, integration planning, and technical validation across complex enterprise environments. Contribute to the evolution of demo strategies and storytelling approaches that highlight AI-powered transformation.
Requirements
4–6+ years of experience in solution engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting within a SaaS environment. Strong experience with Slack, Salesforce, or similar enterprise collaboration and CRM platforms. Proven ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations to executive and government audiences. Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, relational databases, and web technologies. Familiarity with AI tools and concepts, including agentic workflows and automation platforms such as Slackbot and Agentforce. Experience working with public sector or government clients, including awareness of procurement and compliance requirements. Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting product capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field preferred.
