Under general supervision, is responsible for assisting Assistant City Attorneys or City Attorney in their course of work by conducting legal research, investigating, and gathering evidence. Prepares ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and other legal documents. Exercises no supervision.

Wing Municipal Court, 401 S Frio St, San Antonio, TX 78207

Monday - Friday Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from an accredited college or university; or Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university and certificate of completion in a formal course of paralegal study at an accredited educational institute required. One (1) year of experience in paralegal work. Valid Class "C" Texas Driver's License. Applicants for this position must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check and maintain CJIS eligibility. Felony Convictions, Felony Deferred Adjudication, Class A & B Misdemeanor Deferred Adjudication, Class B Misdemeanor Convictions, an Open Arrest for Any Criminal Offense (Felony or Misdemeanor), and Family Violence Convictions.
