Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Full-Time | Fort Bliss, TX

Sterling Medical is seeking a qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support services at Fort Bliss, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a structured, mission-driven environment supporting active-duty service members.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time, Monday-Friday

  • 8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM - 4:30 PM

  • Location

    Fort Bliss, TX

  • Setting: Military treatment facility / clinic environment

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program

  • Active, unrestricted LCSW license

  • Experience

  • Master's-level practicum OR

  • Minimum 2 years of post-MSW clinical experience within the last 3 years in a clinical/treatment setting

  • BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral health screenings and assessments for service members

  • Complete all required training, credentialing, and timekeeping (DMHRSi)
