Licensed Salon Managers at Hair Cuttery lead daily operations in a fast-paced Beauty & Wellness environment within the Personal Care & Service department. In this role, you oversee a team of salon professionals, ensuring every guest receives exceptional, personalized hair services such as cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments that reflect current trends and techniques. As the primary leader on the salon floor, you are responsible for managing the client experience from check-in to checkout, maintaining appointment flow, resolving guest concerns, and driving rebooking and retail sales.
You manage staffing and scheduling to meet business needs, coach and mentor stylists through regular feedback, and support their professional development using Hair Cuttery’s ongoing training programs.
