Licensed Salon Manager

As a Licensed Salon Manager at Hair Cuttery, you will lead a busy, client-focused salon within the Beauty & Wellness industry, overseeing daily operations, inspiring a team of stylists, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Working in the Management & Leadership department, you will manage schedules, coach and mentor stylists, monitor performance, and help your team grow through ongoing training programs. You will support the delivery of a full range of hair services—including cuts, coloring, and styling—while maintaining high standards of technical quality, safety, and sanitation in line with state regulations and Hair Cuttery policies. In this hands-on role, you will balance behind-the-chair service with leadership responsibilities, such as driving sales goals, managing inventory and product ordering, supporting local marketing initiatives, and promoting retail products that complement the services provided. You will be a culture champion, fostering the creative and supportive environment Hair Cuttery is known for, encouraging continuous learning, and helping stylists enhance their skills and build loyal client bases.
