Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products Generate quotes and close new business opportunities Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer communication Conduct policy reviews and help customers understand their coverage Support retention efforts and provide exceptional customer experiences Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals

Qualifications
