Job Details

We are a respected plaintiff personal injury firm in Houston seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Catastrophic & Wrongful Death Department. This position offers direct attorney support on high-value cases.

Responsibilities

  • Manage wrongful death and catastrophic injury files from intake through trial.
  • Conduct discovery, schedule depositions, and handle 18.001 medical affidavits.
  • Maintain consistent client communication and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and department leadership to deliver exceptional case outcomes.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.

Qualifications

  • 3–20 years of plaintiff personal injury experience, preferably in wrongful death or catastrophic injury
  • Must know Texas rules and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and client service focus.
  • Trial experience prior to COVID preferred but not required
