LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this on-site role, you’ll provide holistic, dignified care to residents, focusing on chronic disease management, ADLs, wound care, and medication administration. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver faith-informed, whole-person care for underserved neighbors, documenting in the EHR and supporting residents and families through clear, compassionate communication.
