LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks an LPN for Long Term Care to provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing in a faith-based, mission-driven setting. The LPN will deliver direct care, administer medications and treatments, monitor chronic conditions, and support activities of daily living for residents. Working within an interdisciplinary team, this role promotes dignity, safety, and holistic wellbeing while advancing health equity for underserved individuals and families in our community-focused, collaborative care environment.
