Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun, 5am–5pm Benefits That Support You Medical, Dental, Vision (Anthem) Life & Supplemental Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Holidays & PTO Paid Parental Leave Incentive Plan Opportunities for training, skill development, and advancement What You’ll Do Set up, load programs, and operate machines safely and efficiently Read and follow work orders, instructions, and blueprints Operate clippers, rotary trimmers, and other secondary equipment Inspect products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality Perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs Maintain accurate production records Keep your work area clean and organized Support new employee training Participate in continuous improvement efforts Follow all safety procedures and support ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards Contribute positively to our mission, vision, and values Perform other duties as needed What You Bring High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree is a plus) 1–3 years of machinist or machine operation experience preferred, but not required Basic math, measuring, and computer skills Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment Physical Requirements This role involves: Standing, walking, or moving for extended periods Lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 lbs.
