Summary
Responsible for setting up and operating a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Configuring the equipment, loading and operating machine optimizing the machine capability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Press dual control buttons and move control to start, stop or adjust machinery and equipment.
- Handling and moving objects using hands and arms in handling, installing, position and moving materials.
- Utilize control mechanisms and direct physical activity to operate machines.
- Inspect equipment, structures or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
- Operate conveyors or other industrial material moving equipment
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or combination of education and experience.
- OTJ, previous experience in a factory/plant/warehouse a plus

Language Skills
Ability to communicate and understand both written and verbal instruction
