Safely operate equipment and perform tasks in assigned work-station in accordance

with company procedures and practices.

? Accurately setup assigned work-station equipment daily and complete assigned

operations efficiently and effectively production a quality compliant pert per production

schedule.

? Report any issues affecting production to supervisor and troubleshoot/resolve workstation

equipment production issues.

? Safely load raw material into position for production of quality compliant goods.

? Maintain cleanliness of work area following 6's standards.

? Perform quality checks on parts produced to maintain quality compliant parts

? Other duties as may be assigned

? Participate and drive 6's, Lean, Quality and safety initiatives.

? Perform daily, monthly, yearly TPM checks.

Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Prior work experience in manufacturing is preferred.

• Must be able to read and understand instructions.

• Must have ability to read tape measure.

• Ability to work at other stations at any given time.

• Ability to keep machines in satisfactory performance status.

• General knowledge of hand tools, general mechanical items.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS

• May be required to lift up to approximately 50 pounds.

• Must be able to stand at workstation for a long period of time.

• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes and dust particles.

• Must be able to travel throughout the facility to obtain information needed to perform job functions.

• Must be able to withstand both hot and cold atmosphere depending on weather conditions.
