We are looking for a skilled Machinist/Grinding Technician to join our precision manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a machinist who thrives on technical challenges, and high-quality craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
Hatboro, PA | Full-Time
You will become an expert in a range of grinding processes including:
- Grinding between centers
- Chucking OD grinding
- Chucking ID grinding
Operate Grinding Equipment
You will operate a variety of grinding machines including:
Kellenberger Kel-Vista (3 machines)
- CNC conversational programming
- Multi-tool setups
Kellenberger Kel-Vita
- Same as above with non-round grinding capability
Jones & Shipman CNC Grinder
- Conversational programming
- Between-centers grinding
- Track job time accurately through job clock-in/clock-out
- Follow scheduled job lists created by the supervisor
- Work closely with Quality Assurance technicians on critical inspections
- Handle customer components with extreme care to minimize scrap
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and efficiency
• What You Bring
Experience
- Experience in OD/ID grinding preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Education
- Technical school or machining apprenticeship a plus

Physical Requirements
This position involves both shop floor and technical work, including:
- Standing at machines for up to 10 hours per day
- Walking the shop floor regularly
- Lifting up to 50 lbs or more
- Occasional computer use for programming and documentation
