Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reads work order or follows instructions to ascertain materials or components.
- Responsible for jogging product off counter stacker and stack neatly on a skid.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality of finished product
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive constraints
- Ensure exceptional quality of finished product
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- The ability to read and write English
- The ability to communicate effectively both orally and verbally
- Ability to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be dependable, reliable and responsible in fulfilling obligations
- Must work well with others
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
- The ability to work 10-to-12-hour shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year bindery experience
- Basic small packaging knowledge.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing while setting up and operating equipment
- Continuously bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Shift: Third Shift (3rd Shift): Sunday night - Friday morning 11pm - 7am
