TRC Talent Solutions is looking for a Mailroom Clerk for our client in Atlanta, GA
OVERVIEW: Accurate and timely distribution of incoming and interoffice correspondences and processing of outgoing mail for end users. Receives purchasing orders and manages the processing via Supply Chain technology applications. Researches and resolves discrepancies with purchasing orders.
Responsibilities

Processes incoming and inter-office correspondence on a daily basis.

Facilitates campus wide distribution of hard copy correspondence.

Records and maintains purchase order receipt in the Supply Chain system.

Partners and provides exemplary customer service to end users in order to resolve tracking discrepancies.

Research and resolves purchasing order and delivery discrepancies.

Researches and identifies miscellaneous mail documents and manages through resolution.
Qualifications

High school graduate or GED or 2+ year(s) of related job experience.

Three (3) years of experience in a postal, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environment is required.

Skill and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in-writing.

Skill and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Ability to work as a member of a team.

Skill and ability in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to communicate professionally with staff members and leadership.

Ability to follow detailed procedures while demonstrating a positive, customer-oriented, team player attitude. Must be able to stoop, lift, pull, push, and move goods with significant weight.
MS Office experience needed
1 year of experience in a Healthcare Distribution Center or Consolidated Services Center in the role
Copy of Immunization record and lab drug screen will be requested, so please prepare to present.
