Open Positions: Job title: Maitenance Associate House Name: Erdman Way Day Program Shift: 1st Hours: 3 to 5 hours Pay: $15.00/hr Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under the direction of the Building Supervisor. Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; painting, performs grounds maintenance such as snow removal, sanding, on call responsibilities, and other maintenance tasks as required. Our ideal candidate: Basic computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others. High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.
