Job Summary
Create the first impression that lasts.As a Maitre D at Paddlefish, you will welcome guests with grace, coordinate table assignments with precision, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from the very first greeting. You’ll lead the front-door experience with elegance, guide guest flow, and work in collaboration with the service team to uphold Levy's gold-standard hospitality. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Friday through Sunday Availability
Proficiency in restaurant reservation and seating software (e.g., OpenTable)
ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred
Prior experience in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage waitlists and reservations to optimize flow
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and management
Uphold dress code and presentation standards for host team
Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed
