· Shift/Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in person only

· Credentialing Timeframe: 0-120 days
· Certifications Required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and must be Licensed in Louisiana only
