Job Summary: KBR is seeking a Senior FMS Program Analyst to join our team! This position supports the PMA-265 F/A-18 and EA-18G Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Team at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) at Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will provide direct business, acquisition, program management, engineering technical service support, and day-to-day operations support. This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight. Ability to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes and can balance priorities to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment. Role and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will have responsibilities to include but not limited to coordinating government/contractor personnel staffing requirements, coordinating responses to data drills, analyzing data, coordinating and preparing program briefings, program status reports, point papers, requests for information, and other documentation as required, while ensuring tasks are completed on or before due date. Assists in developing plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for the IPT programs. Manages day to day operations across the IPT and provides program management, business and acquisition continuity in the absence of the IPT Lead and makes recommendations in support of program execution, and out-year planning. Executes incoming drills and tasks from outside organizations and coordinates responses through OPS and PMA Leadership. Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon system product acquisition and programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Basic Qualifications: 10 years’ experience in technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development, and administration of government projects. An active secret level security clearance is required. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Project & Outlook). MA/MS degree OR; ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTIONS: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR is desired. Work Location: Onsite / remote (Hybrid) Compensation: $105,160.00 - $157,630.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
