Consumer Inspired Quality Ensures products are manufactured according to our specifications to meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Facilitate IL6S and the Manufacturing Standards journey at North America Venture Manufacturing Locations Support execution of Consumer Inspired Quality at North America Venture Manufacturing and Repacking locations, including CTPs and CTQs On-Going Quality Performance Management Develop North America Venture Manufacturer partnerships, including weekly and monthly reviews and joint continuous improvement planning and issue resolution Ensure facility continues to meet Mondelēz Quality and Food Safety standards Follow-up on CTQ and CTP trends to assure the process capability and defect eradication Partner with North America Venture Manufacturers to reduce consumer complaints and quality defects with clear action plans and targets What you need to know about this position: Key activities of this role: Manage and verify Quality Control Management Systems (QCMS) Audit manufacturing control plans for new products and processes Drive continuous improvement in the areas of Quality Assurance and Food Safety by setting goals and identifying key performance indicators in this area of the business Ensures adherence to appropriate regulations and Company standards for quality. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
