The NFL’s Club Business Development department (Club BD) supports the 32 clubs in delivering direct local value & optimization, best-in-class fan experiences via data-driven insights, and innovative fan and stadium enhancements and strategies, through direct club consulting, strategic analysis, and club benchmarking. In addition to working directly with the clubs, Club BD works cross-functionally to help guide key strategic initiatives at a League level. The Manager, Strategy, Data & Analytics will play a critical role in developing and delivering club benchmarking insights and supporting revenue strategy across key business lines, including ticketing, premium seating, and local sponsorship & media. This role will also support revenue modeling and pricing strategy for League tentpole events (e.g., Super Bowl, International Games, Pro Bowl Games). The ideal candidate is highly analytical and execution-oriented, with deep expertise in financial and revenue modeling, advanced Excel capabilities, and building efficient data collection and modeling frameworks. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, interrogating data, building models from the ground up, improving processes, and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. Responsibilities Lead development and delivery of club benchmarking reports across ticketing, premium seating & suites, and local sponsorship & media, ensuring outputs are accurate, actionable, and easy for stakeholders to digest and operationalize Build, maintain, and enhance ticket revenue models to support League event strategy (e.g., Super Bowl, International Games, Pro Bowl Games), including demand forecasting, pricing, and revenue optimization analyses Design and improve Excel-based tools and data collection frameworks, increasing efficiency, scalability, and consistency across Club BD workflows Analyze club and League data (ticket sales, pricing, premium, sponsorship) to identify trends, performance gaps, and revenue opportunities Partner closely with the Club Consulting team to translate analysis into practical recommendations that drive action and local business performance Support pricing and sales strategy workstreams for tentpole events through detailed quantitative analysis Streamline existing reporting processes and models to reduce manual effort, improve data integrity, and accelerate turnaround time Assist in preparing materials for club workshops, League meetings, and market engagements Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners (e.g., Club Finance, Marketing, Data & Analytics) to align inputs, assumptions, and outputs across initiatives Build and maintain organized, well-documented datasets and models to serve as a reliable “source of truth” for the broader team Support the broader Club BD team on ad hoc projects, including but not limited to League tentpole event execution Required Qualifications Technical Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling, data structing, and building scalable tools Strong proficiency in PowerPoint to create clear, executive-ready communication Strong curiosity in how AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) can drive operational efficiencies Experience using data visualization software like Power BI or Tableau is a plus Analytics & Modeling Strong foundation in financial analysis, revenue modeling, and forecasting Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches to modeling Close attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, assumptions, and outputs Communication Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences Comfortable presenting information in front of a group Professional Competencies and Work Ethic Highly collaborative and results-driven Strong communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks, excellent time management, and organization skills Candidate should be a self-starter, independent, creative and critical thinker, ambitious, and results and detail-oriented Unwavering commitment to honest and ethical business interactions Education and Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or strategy & analytics Bachelor’s degree required.
