What You’ll Do Operate and monitor coating line production equipment Adjust process settings and troubleshoot issues Perform testing and quality checks Track production data and maintain accurate records Support continuous improvement projects Train and collaborate with team members to keep operations running efficiently What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Comfortable using computers and tracking production data Detail oriented with a focus on quality and safety Ability to work in a fast paced team environment Technical or process control experience is a plus Why Tru Vue?
