We’re looking for five Team Members to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

About the role

As a Team Member at KP Snacks, you’ll be part of a close‑knit team that keeps our household‑favourite snacks flowing from line to shelf. Working on a fast‑moving production line, you’ll help make sure our products are made safely, to the right quality and on time.

This is a hands‑on role where teamwork, attention to detail and pride in what you do really matter. You’ll play an active part in maintaining our equipment, improving how we work and supporting a positive, inclusive team culture. If you enjoy practical work, solving problems and being part of something bigger, this could be a great fit for you.

What will you be doing?

  • Running production equipment
    Operate and monitor machinery to produce high‑quality snacks, following standard operating procedures to keep colleagues and consumers safe

  • Protecting quality and standards
    Carry out quality checks, packaging and labelling to make sure every product meets KP Snacks standards

  • Owning Clean, Inspect and Lubricate (CIL)
    Complete and take part in CIL activity for your area, including initial intensive cleans to restore equipment to base conditions

  • Finding and fixing defects
    Identify, log and help resolve equipment defects, track losses and contribute to defect lists and shift action plans

  • Supporting continuous improvement
    Maintain 5S standards, support basic maintenance and changeovers, contribute ideas, and help new starters or agency colleagues feel part of the team

  • Technical confidence
    Some technical mastery on equipment is beneficial, with the willingness to learn more

  • A hands‑on, safe approach to work
    Happy to carry out physical tasks such as reaching, lifting and crouching, using the right safety equipment and processes
