September 2026 UK applicants only – no sponsorship available About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to join a thriving specialist SEMH school. Reporting to the Assistant Headteacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and supporting positive outcomes for pupils, both academically and personally. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is flexible, resilient and passionate about working in a specialist setting. You will be responsible for delivering engaging Maths lessons and contributing to a supportive, inclusive and trauma-informed learning environment where pupils can succeed.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Maths teaching that supports strong progress and attainment Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all pupils Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform teaching Contribute to the development and implementation of Maths curriculum and practice Support pupils’ personal development, wellbeing and engagement in learning Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum delivery Teach across a range of subjects where required, including off-site provision if needed Make effective use of resources to enhance learning outcomes About you: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and/or KS4 in a specialist or mainstream setting A strong commitment to inclusive, pupil-centred practice Passionate about making learning engaging, accessible and meaningful Able to work proactively and use your own initiative Resilient, adaptable and committed to supporting pupils with SEMH needs About Us Willow Park School is a brand-new specialist school in Milton Keynes for young people aged 9–16 with a range of complex needs.
