Essential Job Functions
- Maintain positive, progressive, and productive attitude toward plant targets and objectives regarding reliability, accountability, safety, integrity, quality, and productivity as a unified goal.
- We are specifically looking for LARGE Forklift (!) (15K to 35K) and/or Crane Experience. Just Forklift experience is fine. Just Crane experience would be fine. No certifications needed... Also looking for Very mechanically inclined candidates with Chain Hoists, Shackle, and Sling Experience. Mechanical Fitter or Tooling is a nice bonus... You could be a Mechanical Fitter with some Forklift experience and that could work.
- **We work Overtime sometimes and our plant is Not climate-controlled but has large fans etc.
- Working with the shipping team and production crew to ensure that parts are moved in accordance with business needs.
- Read blueprints and use hand tools and torque wrenches
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. consistently and safely.
- Provide troubleshooting
- Document/report all production quality requirements and any performance gaps
