Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Habitat for Humanity Golden Empire ReStore is seeking a dependable and motivated ReStore Procurement Lead to help support daily operations, customer service, donation procurement, inventory management, and team leadership in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment. This position works closely with the ReStore Director to help ensure store operations run smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for customers, donors, volunteers, and staff.

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations and team leadership Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors Assist with donation procurement and business partnerships Help maintain inventory organization and merchandise flow Ensure merchandise is properly staged, assessed, and priced Assist with opening and closing procedures Support volunteers and staff with daily tasks and direction Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment Operate POS systems, radios, company vehicles, and store equipment as needed Assist with donation pickups and deliveries Maintain professional communication with customers, donors, and team members

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills Leadership experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods Flexible availability required Valid driver’s license required Ability to work positively with staff, volunteers, and customers
