The Senior Planner will work closely across purchasing, production and engineering to efficiently coordinate the movement of materials to meet production schedules. Job Description
Analyzing actual performance against process parameters to maintain master data.
Monitor the movement of assemblies through the production cycle.
Using the Company's MRP/ERP system, execute complex work plans and schedules with new or variable material and capacity requirements.
Support customer requirements within the current build plan.
Coordinate the efficient movement of material with purchasing, production and engineering.
Responsible for performing a variety of routing, dispatching and expediting duties necessary to meet production schedules
Interact effectively with production, sales and engineering through status and/or exception reporting.
Develop written production schedules for Manufacturing.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Techniques
Participate in and lead cross-functional improvement teams.
Strong analytical skills.
Education / Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
5 years planning experience in related industry
SAP experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
APICS certification preferred

Salary Range:
$82,000 - $110,000
