Receive, organize, and store incoming materials while keeping inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with care and attention to detail * Perform regular inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies quickly * Support special projects and team initiatives as needed * High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus * Forklift certification preferred (we’ll provide training if needed!) * Brings a strong sense of urgency and flexibility to help the team meet goals Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow
