OB/GYN Obstetrics & Gynecology partnership in Silverdale, WA

The Doctors Clinic is currently seeking a board eligible/board certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join our healthcare partnership at the Women's & Children's Clinic located just west of Seattle, in beautiful Silverdale, Washington State.

The OB/GYN department is looking for a seventh colleague to join their team of medical professionals. This opportunity allows for a 50%-50% mix of OB and GYN. Work a regular Monday through Friday schedule, 1:7 call schedule plus county call which is 1:10. Average 18-25 clinical patients/day. Enjoy working out of one clinical site and one hospital/level 2 NICU, all conveniently located in the same building!

We work in partnership with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health's network to provide the community a multitude of specialties and services.

With 7 patient care clinics, The Doctors Clinic has ~80 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, and a staff of approximately 350 serving the county's 274,000 residents. The Clinic's providers represent a broad spectrum of practice specialties including primary care, surgery, specialists and sub-specialists.

Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act

The salary range for this position is $345,000 to $365,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic's compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.

Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
