The University of Michigan Health - Sparrow is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time BC/BE OB/GYN Physician to join their OB/GYN Residency Faculty Practice located in Lansing, Michigan. The University of Michigan Health – Sparrow delivers exceptional quality care in a diverse and family-friendly community and is committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region.

Preferred Requirements:

  • New grad or experienced with commensurate clinical skills representing the general practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Interest in resident education and scholarly activity with prior experience as a residency faculty member
  • Robotic surgery certification and experience

Responsibilities

  • Direct supervision of resident physicians in the outpatient setting, labor and delivery, and operating room
  • Rotating Clinical shifts as Laborist, Clinic Attending, Gynecologic Surgeon, and Hospital GYN/Laborist backup
  • Didactic teaching, resident mentoring, committee participation, and scholarly activity as outlined by the ACGME
