JOB SUMMARY Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospital Center, Under the supervision of the Rehab Service Coordinator, performs structured evaluations, conducts general activity programs, assists in planning and implementing treatment programs for individuals limited by psychosocial dysfunction. Provides supervision to COTAs. Utilities knowledge appropriate to the patient(s) age to ensure that care provided meets the unique, physical and psychosocial needs of the patient
REQUIREMENTS Required Bachelor‘s Degree Less than 2 years Required CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider initial OT certification by AOTCB or NBCOT OT - Occupational Therapist (Maryland)
