You’ll work independently in patients’ homes while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and documenting in Epic. Preferred Qualifications Previous home health experience preferred. Experience with SN (skilled nursing) visits in home health preferred.
Assignment Details Shift hours: 0800 start, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Orientation occurs every Monday. Traveler may be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed. EMR: EPIC. Traveler may be required to work 1-2 of the three listed summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
