Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Fort Dodge, IA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to support patients in a home health setting, helping individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain and improve daily living skills while working within a community-based care model. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and direct patient visits in patients' homes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active state OT license required to start the assignment. Compact license accepted. Minimum 1 year of prior Occupational Therapy experience required. Experience with Epic electronic medical record required. BLS certification required. Certification from AHA or ARC acceptable. At least one completed travel contract preferred. Driver's license required and ability to travel to patient homes. Not employed by the client facility within the last 12 months is required. Profile documentation required at time of submission: resume/work history, license verification, copy of required certifications, skills checklist completed within 1 year, and one supervisory reference. Candidate must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Preferred Qualifications Previous home health experience preferred. Experience with SN (skilled nursing) visits in home health preferred.

Assignment Details Shift hours: 0800 start, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Orientation occurs every Monday. Traveler may be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed. EMR: EPIC. Traveler may be required to work 1-2 of the three listed summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
