Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Maryland Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient clinical experience preferred. Client notes indicate outpatient experience is preferred. Experience treating orthopedics, neurology, and pelvic health preferred. Productivity experience or ability to meet productivity expectations: clinic expects approximately 60 visits per week and the capacity to see 12–14 patients per day, including double-booked follow-up visits. OT hours must be approved by the clinic director prior to working clinical hours. New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered. Ability to maintain clinical documentation and meet productivity targets in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours. Patient population: Orthopedics, neurology, pelvic health. Floating: No floating to other clinics required. Productivity expectation: Approximately 60 patient visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking expected.
