Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to support inpatient pediatric and behavioral health patients, providing evaluations, individual treatments, and groups to help patients ages 4–18 regain or improve daily skills while working within a multidisciplinary rehab team in Somerville, MA.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Massachusetts OT licensure required prior to start. AHA BLS certification required. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist. Experience in inpatient pediatric and/or behavioral health settings required. Must have experience with pediatric behavioral health and working with neurodevelopmental and/or psychiatric diagnoses (age group 4–18). Ability to complete OT evaluations, provide group and individual treatments, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to accept local candidates within a 50-mile radius as specified by the client (local rate differential may apply). This is a client requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

Inpatient behavioral health experience preferred. MS/OTD preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 0800–1600 (primary schedule). Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts. Some schedule flexibility required; possible Saturday coverage with a weekday day off. Possible holiday coverage including Labor Day. Assignment setting: inpatient pediatric/behavioral health rehab (candidate may be required to provide services across units as directed).
