We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills after injury, illness, or disability. This role offers the opportunity to work in an in-house therapy team that supports continuity of care and collaborative practice. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or similar rehabilitation settings is preferred. Familiarity with NetHealth/PCC EMR is preferred. New graduates are welcome; clinical experience or demonstrated competency expected before independent caseload management is preferred. Ability to meet productivity expectations as determined by the facility (typically in the 80-89% range depending on experience and start date) is required.
