Greeter Responsibilities: Schedule appointments & welcome the client when they arrive Determine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas Qualifications: Communication skills - communicate effectively with others Time Management - ability to manage one’s own time Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
