Work Shift

Evaluation and treatment of patients primarily in the Rehab hospital and LTAC hospital determined by business need; education of patients, families and staff as appropriate; communication of patient progress in clinical conference; communication with other team members daily; preparing equipment orders; contacting vendors for equipment; communication with outside physicians and other professionals.

Performs initial and discharge evaluations, sets goals and treatment plan and documents appropriately. Determines therapy educational needs and provides PRN. Serves as CI/mentor for interns as needed Participates in hospital and discipline specific skills check

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy Preferred

Minimum 1 year experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, Acute Preferred

GA PT license or eligible

Basic computer literacy
