Job Duties
* Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high-quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirely, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately Accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and
applicable state and federal regulations * Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value
This individual will work a varied schedule including working Saturday mornings.
Qualifications
Have obtained a high school diploma Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct,
professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance Have intermediate mathematical skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required
