Job Description
Are you ready to hit the road with a dynamic team? Truck Centers, Inc. is searching for a full-time Parts Delivery Driver who will play a crucial role in keeping our customers' trucks running smoothly. As a Parts Delivery Driver, you’ll be the friendly face ensuring our customers receive their parts quickly and accurately, helping them stay on the move.
Two Shift Options Available:
8:30am - 4:30pm, Tuesday-Saturday
7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday
What You’ll Do:
Efficiently Handle Orders: Safely pull and load parts into the delivery vehicle, making sure everything is organized for smooth transportation.
Coordinate Deliveries: Double-check orders and handle any last-minute or urgent deliveries before you head out, ensuring timely service for our customers.
Accuracy Matters: Review deliveries, invoices, payments, and purchase orders to ensure everything is spot-on.
Customer Support: Assist with parts returns and cores, following our company’s return process to keep things hassle-free for our customers.
Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed log of daily deliveries and pick-ups, including payment processing, signatures, and returns.
Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle in top condition—clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License with ability to meet insurance requirements is required
Prior experience working with the public or in a delivery role preferred
Proven ability to engage positively with customers via experience working with the public or in a delivery role
Resourceful, collaborative team player with the ability to also self-manage time and thrive independently
Ability to lift or move up to 70 lbs. unassisted
Must participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
