Job Description

The starting pay for this position is $24-$32/hr., depending on experience. As leaders in the utility industry, concentrating on quality and safety, RECONN is looking for people to join our team who are problem solvers, take pride in public safety, and are comfortable in a fast-paced, exciting work environment. The Patch Restoration Technician is responsible for inspecting completed gas-related patch work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company and client standards. This role conducts field inspections to identify issues such as cracking, settlement, improper paving, or missing emulsion application. Responsibilities include documenting deficiencies, coordinating urgent repairs for severe issues, communicating findings to stakeholders and clients, supporting special repair projects, maintaining accurate records, and following all safety and compliance protocols. These are daytime, full-time positions and overtime may be required. Instructor-led training will be provided.
