General, ortho, urology, dental, plastics, neurosurgery, spine, kidney transplant, ENT, GI (endo), EP lab, MRI/LPs, sedation, IR*** ~*Providers must be experienced with the above skills and procedures to be considered. Case logs may be requested before interview. ~ Ratio of Anesthesiologists to CRNAs: ~ Usually CRNAs 1:1 or 2:1 (depending on acuity of cases) ~ MDs will supervise, CRNAs, SRNAs and/or anesthesia residents ~ Shift times: ~8 and 10 preferred ~$2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. ~$Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In. ~$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
