A bachelor’s degree in related field, an MBA or JD/LLM * 5+ years’ experience in expatriate tax or payroll: Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or in-house role with exposure to large-scale projects * Understanding of automated tax-processing systems, as well as tax laws * Strong analytical and data management skills and the ability to convert complex data into meaningful strategic insights * Successful delivery of global equity projects - demonstrate technical identify potential risks and Lead project work streams from planning to implementation - manage project Influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major change Manage, coach, and develop junior resources and peers, focusing on technical and client service skills to develop careers
