Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.
Pay: $60,000 Annually

What you will do: As the Group Supervisor you will exercise direct control and direction over staff including Day and Night Youth Care Workers, as assigned. Additionally, the Group Supervisor is charged with the safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program. As the Group Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that Pearl Haven programs are being implemented in accordance with Pearl Haven policies and procedures as well as Federal, State and local licensing requirements.
To be considered you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Applicants should be empathetic, patient and have a desire to work with troubled teens.
Information regarding Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday (Wednesday is a half day from 1pm-8pm and Thursday through Saturday 7am-8pm)
