La Plata, MD Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and motivated Personal Community and Employment Professional to work one-on-one with a 28-year-old man. In this role, you’ll provide personalized support at his day program and in the community helping him explore activities, build meaningful relationships, and achieve his personal goals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others grow, values meaningful connections, and is passionate about making a positive difference in someone’s life through goal support and daily assistance. Flexibility is also essential, as the individual in this role will be required to provide support to the participant in both community and workplace settings. About the Person You’ll Be Supporting He is a friendly, fun-loving, and social 28-year-old man who enjoys sports, music, and laughter.
