About the team
The Personnel Management team is dedicated to ensuring exceptional care by screening and onboarding PCAs and fostering strong, positive relationships with them. They build enthusiasm and commitment among PCAs by appreciating their work and maintaining high morale. They evaluate and assign PCAs to client schedules, ensuring a good match based on skills and availability. They also support the Finance team by verifying PCA hours for accurate payroll and client billing.
What you’ll do:
Screen and onboard PCAs
Build positive rapport with PCAs to maximize their enthusiasm for and commitment to opportunities with Sage Eldercare
Effective evaluation and assignment of PCAs to new and existing client schedules
Supports the work of the Finance team, ensuring that PCA hours worked are accurate for PCA payroll and client billing

You evaluate the suitability of PCAs for specific clients, ensuring they have the necessary availability and skills.
You keep up-to-date information on PCA availability and expertly match caregivers to clients, optimizing satisfaction for both.

Compensation
The anticipated base compensation for this position is between $74,000 - $84,000 DOE annually. Offered compensation will be determined based on education and experience.
