Responsibilities

  • Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services
  • Restores function and helps prevent disability
  • Treats patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders
  • Performs all duties in accordance with Physical Therapy and hospital policies
  • Complies with state and federal regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
2. Current state Physical Therapy license.
3. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

4. Minimum one (1) year of experience required.
